At CutiGirl, each dress is lovingly handcrafted to your little princess’s precise measurements, for The Haute Couture collection CutiGIrl will send you first a Calico (to show a mock-up of a proposed Dress before it is made using the final fabric) ensuring a perfect fit and exquisite finish. Our dedication to creating exclusive, made-to-measure garments means that each purchase is final, yet, your satisfaction remains paramount to us.

Sales and Returns:

Returns for Defective, Lost, or Incorrect Items: If your dress arrives defective, is lost in transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, we are here to help correct the issue promptly. Please contact our dedicated Customer Care team at order@cutigirl.com for assistance with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Final Sales: Due to the custom-made nature of our haute couture dresses, all sales are considered final once confirmed measurements by you and our designer. We ensure each fit meets your specified needs by verifying measurements directly with you.

Exchange and Return Process:

Eligibility Window: You may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your dress, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange, item must be in the same pristine condition you received unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Item that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you, and your request for a return will not be processed. Only for items that are Defective, Lost or Incorrect. 

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the returned amount to reflect in your account statement. Fees  related to Customs, handling charges, such as duties, are non-refundable.
